The person behind Lifepath Guide
I'm Theresa Bay-Müller, a South African living and working in Germany.
For more than 20 years, my professional life has revolved around international marketing, strategy, leadership and the question of how places find their place in the world.
My own life has also taken me across borders. Leaving one country for another, building a life in a different language and discovering that the person you have become doesn't always fit the life you once knew has taught me something about change that no textbook could.
These experiences inform the way I work today.
Through traditional astrology, biography work and systemic coaching, I help people examine their working lives from different perspectives. We look at the chart, the lived experience and the phase of life they are in not to predict a predetermined future, but to understand the present and consider what comes next.
I work in English and German with people who have questions about their careers, their direction and the relationship between the life they have built and the life they want to lead.
My approach combines symbolic insight with lived experience and practical reflection.

What is Biography Work? (Biografiearbeit)
Biography work is a structured approach to reflecting on your life story, significant experiences, turning points and recurring themes. At Lifepath Guide, biography work draws on the Life House approach developed by Dr Susanne Hofmeister, which explores life in phases often considered in seven-year periods.
Looking back at your experiences can help you recognise how your priorities, relationships, professional choices and understanding of yourself have evolved. This perspective can be particularly useful during career transitions, periods of reassessment or when an earlier way of working no longer feels right.
Who can benefit from a career astrology session?
A career astrology session may be useful if you are questioning whether your current job still fits, considering a career change, returning to work after a major life transition, facing a professional crossroads or trying to understand recurring patterns in your working life.
You do not need to have made a decision already. The session provides space to explore your question, examine relevant themes and reflect on what matters to you at this stage of your career.
What happens in a session with Lifepath Guide
A session begins with your current career or life question. Depending on the focus, we explore relevant themes in your birth chart, your professional and personal biography, and the circumstances surrounding your current situation.
The discussion connects these perspectives with your lived experience rather than treating astrological interpretations as fixed answers. You leave with greater clarity about the questions that matter, the patterns you want to consider and possible directions for further action.
Can I book a longer Programme?
Individual sessions typically last 60–90 minutes and take place online in English or German. Depending on your question, you may choose a one-off career astrology session or a longer process. A longer programme can provide more time to examine your biography, explore recurring themes and reflect on decisions as they develop.
The appropriate format can be discussed before booking. Please contact Theresa to clarify the available options, fees and session structure.
Do I need an exact birth time?
An accurate birth time is particularly helpful in traditional career astrology because it allows the Ascendant, Midheaven and house placements to be calculated more reliably.
If you do not know your exact birth time, you can still get in touch. We can discuss the information available and what can reasonably be explored without it.
